Inclusions (1):*

The drawings will show as much of the site as is known (slope of land, connection to main house, etc.)

The plans will be set out to the HempBLOCK LB 300 for exterior walls

HB series exterior walls

HB series interior walls

The plans will indicate the M2/sq.ft. of the HempBLOCK walls to be used.

The drawings will show the HempBLOCK walls in elevation with the individual units visible, for ease of construction.

All walls will be dimensioned on the plans. The plans will be only indicative with regard to the roof structure and floor structure.

Included are up to two rounds of design changes. Cost of additional design revisions will be discussed if they arise.
